About St. Anne's Orphanage
St. Anne’s Orphanage home is a Catholic orphanage home that is based in Effurun, near Warri Delta State in Nigeria. It is a home that emphasizes the great value in placing children with foster families, and in most cases, these are children that are removed from the streets. Also, the orphanage supports children with direct school sponsorship's and school admissions. It also provides school supplies to children who otherwise would have been on the streets.

At our 30th anniversary celebration, UPU Minnesota held a fundraiser to support the children at St. Anne’s orphanage with an industrial grade electric generator to support their daily needs.
Donate School Van to Orphanage
UPU Minnesota is committed to supporting children at St. Anne’s Orphanage Effurun (near Warri) in Delta State, Nigeria. Over the years, UPU Minnesota has helped the children at St. Anne with customized beds, blankets, bed sheets, pillows, food items, and a 14-seater school van.
The lives of underprivileged and privileged youths are connected, regardless of the proximity of homes. What happens in one neighborhood affects others and what happens in a child's life affects other children's lives and families. By providing for the underprivileged youth now, we provide for the community at large.
